18+ Group Guitar Lessons

In the beginner’s course, you will learn simple chords and strumming patterns to your favorite rock/pop songs of today and yesterday. We will not be focusing on scales or theory, but rather jumping in with learning songs. Guitar 1 for the absolute beginner.
Dates: Wednesdays - 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11
Time: 7-8:30pm
Cost: 6 sessions for $120 Adult | $100 student
Equipment: You may bring your own guitar, or rent a guitar for FREE for the duration of the course. Provided courtesy of Dave’s Guitar. All sheet music will also be provided. -
In this second level course, you will up your game with expanding to more complex strumming patterns and chords, including bar chords. This class will also not be focusing on scales or theory, but rather you will be learning slightly more complex songs in a group setting.
Date: Thursdays - 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12
Time: 7-8:30pm
Cost: 6 sessions for $120 Adult | $100 student

Live Coding Music Workshop

Learn the art of live coding, where software is written live to create electronic music and driving dance beats! No experience required! Bring your laptop, a pair of headphones, and a desire to experiment! Note: AI is not involved in this process.
Dates: Tuesdays - 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, live show: 12/18 (optional for students)Time: 5:30-7:30pm

18+ Group Guitar Lessons
Beginner Grooves
Our Beginner Guitar Course was created for those with little to no experience. Instead of focusing heavily on scales or music theory, this class emphasized learning simple chords and strumming patterns through popular rock and pop songs, both classic and modern favorites. Over six sessions, students built confidence by playing real songs from day one in a fun, supportive group environment.
The course is taught by local musicians who will students through each step of their musical journey. FREE rental guitars are available provided courtesy of Dave’s Guitar Shop!

Intermediate Jams
Our Intermediate Guitar Course is designed for players ready to build on the basics and continue developing their skills. In this second-level class, students expand into more complex strumming patterns and chords, including bar chords, while continuing to learn through songs rather than focusing on scales or music theory.
The class is once again taught by local musicians. FREE rental guitars available provided by Dave’s Guitar Shop!
